Yes, I heard that it can take as much time to monitor/explain your outsource worker as you save by doing it! He warned, that depending who you outsource your work to,it could be just as much hard work relaying your ideas across and of course it becomes very time consuming. He reckons a good assistant, once found is the way to go. He has James. Alex has Garry Parkes, obviously there is a cost but Lee has tried both ways and the latter works fine for him .
